Objective: Create a three-dimensional abstracted architectonic form that is a minimum of 12"x12"x12". Materials will include white foam core, glue guns, and linear elements, which can be constructed from wire, gimp, nylon, or cord.
This is an architectonic project that we had to do using planes, curvilinear shapes, additive and subtractive shapes, and liner elements. I was originally inspired by playgrounds, as shown in my maquettes, but then I became inspired by suit of armor.
Materials used: paper and foam core, glue gun
Project inspired by the works of Zaha Hadid and Frank Gehry, as well as suit of armor.
